Job Description:

Mature competency

Job Duties

Lead project engagements

  • Lead project workshops and guide client and team through business requirements gathering
  • Manage a team of consultants in delivering technical solutions to meet the client’s requirements through UI configuration, workflow configuration, reporting development, system integrations, and scripting
  • Ensure unit testing is executed and drive user acceptance testing to ensure developed solutions meet the business needs
  • Closely oversee assigned client projects including timelines and financials while effectively communicating with internal and client team members
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the ServiceNow® platform and constantly increase that knowledge
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of INRY’s operations, offerings, policies, and procedures, including the application of the PASS methodology
  • Manage the successful implementation of the solution and assist the client with driving enablement and adoption
  • Assist with onboarding new team members and mentor them in the ServiceNow® platform and INRY’s methodologies

Solution Architecture and Design

  • Provide technical guidance to other consultants as needed to define creative solutions to meet client business requirements
  • Assist sales with developing solution proposals for future projects including solution architecture, work estimates, and review and provide feedback on Statements or Work

Build client partnership

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by avoiding client escalations and receiving high client satisfaction survey results
  • Identify opportunities for additional business with existing clients and communicate to the Sales team
  • Assist Sales team in partnering with the client to develop business strategy roadmap and the steps to execute the strategy

Build the practice

  • Stay up to date on ServiceNow products and trends
  • Lead, coach, and develop Consultants to be more effective to be a Lead Consultant
  • Seek to improve overall operations as well as solution continually offerings

Partner relationships

  • Develop exceptional, partner-of-choice relationships with ServiceNow stakeholders, including sales and solution consulting teams


- Domestic travel to client sites, typically 10 - 20% of the time, but up to 75%

Supervisory Duties

- Typically, 1 - 2 Consultants

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or closely related field or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent customer service skill
  • Good communication capabilities, both written and verbal
  • Must be a self-starter able to deal with ambiguity and high-speed pace of work
  • 2+ years of technical experience with the ServiceNow platform and/or 2+ years of formal project management experience
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification and/or PMP certification
  • Two or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certificates
  • Ability to lead a project team to deliver solutions that meet client’s requirement
