The purpose of this role is to drive new revenue opportunities for Rogers by identifying and launching partner solutions within our Industrial IoT portfolio.
This role will lead the product development and launch of new IoT solutions for industries such as mining, energy and manufacturing. With your experience and knowledge of these industries you will identify, onboard, launch, and life cycle manage new technologies and partnerships for Rogers.
In your role you will:
Spend a significant amount of time working with customers and solution providers to identity areas of opportunity
Support the adoption of products by developing a strong value proposition with our partners.
Develop funnel of partners to that can drive new revenue streams for Rogers products
Manage Rogers Technology Innovation partnerships to ensure they are enabled to support your portfolio.
Leverage technology partner on-boarding processes to ensure that x-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations are ready to support your new product launches.
Work with Business Development and Agile Product owners to develop your business plan.
What you bring to the role:
Create and manage a business plan to achieve revenue targets for your portfolio.
Track and report on success of your business plan on a monthly basis.
Define, secure and track budget required to support your portfolio.
Develop a funnel of Industrial IoT solutions.
Maintain knowledge of competitors in the industry to strategically position Rogers.
Act as primary partner interface to Rogers for co-creation opportunities.
Maintain a partner business plan that identifies funding, risks and opportunities.
The successful candidate will have experience working with IoT solutions, be self motivated, and enjoy working independently and as part of a in a fast paced diverse team.
